Gazebo and Amphitheatre Rental must be reserved through the Vidalia Conference & Convention Center. (Insurance charge to be determined by Facility Director)
Promenade* Can only be used if Vidal, Bowie, and Kenny Davis rooms are not in use. Entire Facility* Does include promenade space. POLICY: Rental rates only reflect four wall rentals and floor space. All other associated in-house or outside equipment rental or services or additional set-ups and dismantle will be invoiced separately. (Tables, Chairs, Audio Visual, Etc.) DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Deposit is 45% of room rental rates. Insurance coverage required per contract for all events should stipulate that the Vidalia Conference and Convention Center, City of Vidalia, LA., their officers, directors agents and employees be named as additional insured. All policies and procedures concerning the Vidalia Conference and Convention Center shall be determined by the Director at his sole discretion. NOTE: Ceiling height in all conference rooms is 15'.
